Mint Sauce

Just right for lamb the New Zealand way.

bball.gif (926 bytes) 1/4 cup chopped mint leaves
bball.gif (926 bytes)  boiling water
bball.gif (926 bytes) 1 TBS sugar
bball.gif (926 bytes) 1/2 cup malt vinegar
bball.gif (926 bytes)  salt

Put mint into a jug.  Cover with boiling water and add sugar and vinegar. 
Add salt to taste.  This make 1/2 cup.
