Homemade gravy from Johnny's Irish home

bullet3.gif (110 bytes) juices from cooked meat
bullet3.gif (110 bytes) approx. 2 heaped tablespoon flour
bullet3.gif (110 bytes) water or stock from vegetables
bullet3.gif (110 bytes) dash of red wine
bullet3.gif (110 bytes) 1 TBL red currant jelly
bullet3.gif (110 bytes) salt and pepper

Add flour to juices from cooked meat and mix for approximately 1 minute. 
Stir in the water or stock and stir well to prevent lumps.   Add wine, jelly, salt
and pepper to taste.
